Inside the workbench
The workbench, station by station.
Everything on this page ships today. No mockups, no roadmap slides. Screenshots are marked slots until the captures land.
A room with one job.
The editor is where you live, so it gets the deepest engineering. A quiet page, your line centered, and the email-specific tools within reach of the keyboard.
The writing
- ·Typewriter mode The line you are writing stays centered. The page moves, not your eyes.
- ·The focus timer It grows out of the bolt icon. Musical ticks, a gong at zero, and +2/+5 taps when the writing is moving.
- ·Seven typefaces, real spacing Type and spacing controls that make the page feel like your page.
- ·Formatting palette A floating capsule that lights up as your caret moves through styled text.
- ·Word count, quietly A small pill. It counts. It does not nag.
The email tools
- ·The Next button Save and advance to the next email card. Write five in a sitting.
- ·Quick idea capture Select a line, and it becomes a new idea card on your board. The doc never closes.
- ·Campaign links and CTAs The campaign's link and call to action insert from the toolbar.
- ·SuperSignature Signatures with P.S. lines stacked in, inserted where you stand.
- ·Idea Splurge A brainstorming mode for the days the ideas come faster than the drafts.
Tight crop: the countdown pill grown out of the bolt, mid-session, +2/+5 visible.
The spring panel open over selected text, new card titled, board context visible.
A writing Kanban, not a project tracker.
Columns from Ideas to Shipped, tuned for one kind of work: emails on their way to a list. Cards carry the doc, the campaign, and the word count. No burndown charts. No assignees. You are the team.
- ·Stash and peek Sweep cards out of the way in one gesture, glance back any time.
- ·Global search Seven content types, one search field. The idea you half-remember is findable.
- ·Bulk paste Paste a list of ideas and each line becomes a card.
- ·Shipped, celebrated Cards land in Shipped with a sound. Small ritual, real dopamine.
Close crop of a working column: cards with word counts, a campaign badge, the stash rail visible at the edge.
The campaign, laid out in time.
The timeline with dated email slots, a card mid-drag, the Someday queue holding what is not scheduled yet.
Drag emails onto dates. Move one send and the later ones ripple with it. What is not ready for a date waits in the Someday queue, visible but not in the way.
- ·Date-shift ripple Slide one email and the rest of the campaign moves with it.
- ·Completion review When a campaign ends, keep what earned it or archive the rest.
- ·Archive with copy-back Old campaigns stay searchable, and any email can be pulled back and reworked. Nothing disappears into a graveyard.
From draft to scheduled without leaving.
One shared engine turns your draft into email-safe HTML that survives Gmail, Outlook and dark mode. The schedule sheet raises over the page: subject prefilled, your list in view, send now or schedule or save as draft.
- ·Five platforms ActiveCampaign, Kit, Ontraport, GoHighLevel, Simplero.
- ·Email design settings Width, colors and link styling with a live preview.
- ·Hosted images Images in your draft are hosted and referenced automatically.
- ·Handoffs Export to Google Docs, or hand off to Basecamp, ClickUp or MeisterTask when a campaign involves other hands.

Four doors into the same room.
The home-screen widget, the share sheet, the watch, and selection inside any doc. Each one creates a card on your board, with the board, column and campaign resolved for you. No context? The card waits in the Inbox. Nothing is ever dropped.
Capture surfaces are iPhone and iPad.
Widget, share sheet and watch, tight three-frame strip.
The floor under all of it.
Drafts go to disk every second with atomic writes. Versions are cut every two minutes while you write, fifty kept. An empty draft can never overwrite saved words. Deleted docs sit in a 30-day trash. Sync is offline-first and live in production. You will notice none of it, which is the point.
The version list for one doc: timestamps two minutes apart, preview pane open.
The small Saved HH:mm label doing its job under a doc title.

The waitlist is the way in. Small batches, free trial, no card to join.
